BLADES:

Our Silky Zubat Pole saws feature impulse-hardened curved blades with MIRAI-ME style teeth, the teeth of the future, providing a fast, clean, and extremely smooth cutting action. The precision-ground, razor-sharp teeth give the cut branches a lightly sanded-like appearance.

The taper-ground profile reduces friction, allowing the teeth to make a wider cut than the blade. This makes your cutting strokes easier and faster by only allowing the teeth to touch the branch. The curved blade is ideal for pruning high or low branches. A black rigid-plastic blade cover comes included to protect both the blade and user.

POLES:

THE Silky Zubat Pole saws are oval-shaped, providing precise control over the direction of the blade (especially important for high cutting) and reducing pressure on the pole which causes bends and breakages. They have two locking systems, to assure the structural rigidity of the extended poles. They have pins/buttons that lock each pole together, then they have friction clamps which squeeze the poles together.

This dual locking system allows 100% of the effort at the handle to be effectively transferred to the blade which is metres away. They also protect the other locking system from getting damaged. Spring-loaded locking buttons allow multiple length adjustments and safety friction clamps hold the extensions firmly in place. The base pole has a pole-end shock absorber and an award-winning GOM rubber handle. All parts are replaceable and available.

SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS:

The user must wear a hard hat and eye protection at all times when using the Silky Zubat Pole saws. This product must be used within the Australian Standards and all applicable OHS regulations. It is the responsibility of the user to comply with all necessary precautions for safety. Improper use of this pole saw can cause serious or fatal injury. Do not cut above your head. The teeth on the pole saw blade are extremely sharp. Do not touch or contact the blade with any body part. Always store the saw blade in the provided safety cover when not in use. Keep out of reach of children.
