Returns Policy for atcProducts

We have a 30-day return policy for change of mind, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or refund (excluding Sale/Discounted and Growlers and High-Camp- these are non-returnable for change of mind). Delivery charges are not refundable or eligible for exchange credit. The customer is responsible for all costs of return delivery including insurance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at with details of the required return. We will then review and advise. Do not send returns without prior approval from Gardens and Trees Pty Ltd.

Damage and order discrepancies

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of order delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can rectify it. Claims for damaged or incorrect items will not be accepted after 7 days from order delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom orders and sale items cannot be returned if you change your mind.  Growlers and High-Camp are non-returnable for change-of-mind purchases.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be contacted to organise your preferred method of refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on your statement.
