- BLACK PLATING: Blacking plating allows entire blade, including the teeth, to be coated with a unique, highly durable Nickel / Tin blend. It provides longer blade life and improved cutting performance.
Outback Silky GomBoy 24cm Cuts Bone and Wood Easily
This premium adventure, multi-purpose folding saw has smooth cutting action, making it suitable for tree work, as well as for hunting activities.
The GomBoy Outback features a highly durable nickel/tin blend black coating that has low reflection and an arbor composite grip.
As with all Silky saws, the blade has non-set teeth that are taper-ground and impulse-hardened, for great cutting efficiency. Each one comes with a hard plastic carrying case.

The limited lifetime warranty covers errors in material and construction. This does not include damage caused by transportation, misuse, abuse, and/or normal wear and tear on wearing parts.

“This is a damn good saw! I purchased the Silky Outback as soon as it came out last spring. And if I’m being honest, I mainly picked it up because of how it looked. Silly reason I know! I’ve used friends Gomboys before on camps and really liked them, but just never picked one up myself. But after using it for months now. I can’t believe I never purchased a Silky before. I’ve always used a Laplander for light duty stuff and an Agawa Canyon Boreal 21 in the winter, when I tend to cut way more wood. Going forward, this will definitely be my saw of choice and I may even pick up one of its big brothers for winter stuff! The thing just cuts like butter. Anyways, off to cut more wood!
