This is a must have camping axe for any keen camper/hiker!

These easily transportable axes are individually handcrafted, heat-treated and ground. It does everything that the larger work axes do and will handle all wood types including frozen wood. We’ve been blown away by its performance, and highly recommend it. From felling, clearing trails, splitting firewood and kindling, this axe does it all!

They are supplied complete with a handle fitted so are ready to use. The axe head is just over 6″ long by 6″ wide (153x153mm) and is one grind.

With a weight of just over 2kg (4.4lb) with handle fitted, and overall length just over 23″ (60cm) it can easily fit in a backpack and you’re all set. (Note: Head weight without handle fitted is just over 1.5kg or 3.4lb)
